We Are looking for a HR Generalist, who would take care of the day to day to day HR activities
Job Duties / Responsibilities
1. Administer compensation and benefit plans
2. Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
3. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
4. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
5. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
6. Undertake tasks in performance management.
7. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
8. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Desired profile of the candidate
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Desired work experience (in complete years)
