Job Duties / Responsibilities
1. Market research.
2. Handle inbound leads and qualify them.
3. Very good telephone etiquettes to handle hard to crack leads.
4. Presenting product/capabilities using online presentation tools .
Desired profile of the candidate
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools Use matured followup tactics.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Knowledge of other Indian languages is an advantage The candidate is expected to be a go-getter and quick learner to succeed.
Experience & Qualification
0-2 years of experience in Telesales /Inside Sales / Customer Support or related areas BBM / MBA / BBA are desired degrees Candidates with any other degree may also be considered Previous experience in the education industry is an advantage
1.5 – 3.0 LPA
