Led by Quality Educational Trust, the Innovis school  the Innovis school is a bold initiative towards transforming the educational landscape of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The promoters envisioned a world-class K–12 school that brings global standards in learning to their hometown, providing an academic experience comparable to India’s most reputed international schools. The school emphasis is on individualised learning pathways & career-readiness for each single learner to emerge as confident, competent, and future-focused individuals.

The journey which started in 2019 with the acquisition of a 6.5-acre plot, exclusively for the school campus was followed by the construction of the primary school block in accordance with IBO specifications, This can be remarked as an early milestone toward the larger goal of hosting a full-fledged IB continuum school. The intent was to initiate operations with the IB Primary Years Programme (up to Grade 2) and then expand to a senior school with dedicated sports infrastructure, for which building plan approvals have already been secured.

Although substantial progress has been made, the school is not yet ready for a K–12 launch. As a result of which the promoters collaborated with us. As pioneers in K–12 school establishment & operations we undertook the mission to bring structure, scalability, and strategy to the project.

• • School Serv appointed a Lead Consultant to work closely with the Innovis promoters, architects & stakeholders to shape the school blueprint. which involved a comprehensive viability study, recommendation of an optimal board of education aligned with local aspirations and global relevance, high-level school model formulation with in-depth project reporting across vision, governance, infrastructure, academics, and financials.
  • Suggest the school brand, positioning, and curriculum structure, mapping fee strategy, admissions roadmap & compliance pathways, developing the foundation for world-class infrastructure through a future-ready master plan, providing strategic insight into staff recruitment, professional development & operational protocols.
  • With the IBO-aligned building as a beginning point, School Serv Designs formulated detailed master plans encompassing sports areas & essential services. Also, extensive 3D visualisations, layout plans, & BoQs were created to guide implementation with precision.
  • Expert recommendations were provided for facility management, health & safety systems, transport operations, and boarding arrangements to guarantee an exceptional school experience.
