Monthly Newsletter | December 2021 | Volume 31
Dear Reader,
We are glad to present to you the December edition of the School 360 Newsletter.
A post-pandemic dawn in the education section is seen with most of the states and union territories having reopened schools and other educational institutions. We have come a long way in our struggle and survival against the pandemic with many states now reopening even the primary sections of the schools. Vaccination of the teachers and other school staff is being made mandatory for the safety of all at school. The pattern of board exams has been changed along with the duration. The Central Board of Secondary Education issued a circular for a ‘National Achievement Survey’ to evaluate the learning levels of students and assess if there has been a decline in the same due to the pandemic.
In this edition, we have included the topics: CBSE Allowing Admission of Foreign-Board Students to CBSE Affiliated Schools Without the Board’s Prior Approval, Big News Announcement by CBSE for Board Exam Students, AP Chief Minister’s NEP Implementation in Andhra schools, Union Education Minister’s Announcement to Make Assam the Laboratory of Mother-Tongue Based Education, Merger of Low-Enrolment Schools in Karnataka, and Latest Move by Kerala School Towards Gender Equity.
We hope you will find this edition of the newsletter informative and enrich us with your valuable feedback.
Thank you.
